#1: Facebook…Yes, Really! (Tech Required: Internet Access)
While most Facebook users are familiar with liking pictures and posting statuses, this is but a small fraction of what Facebook can do! Advertising online gives buyers the opportunity to see your advertisements without even leaving their couch. It’s like putting a billboard on the internet! With that in mind, online advertising can be a great way to attract business and promote your brand, even if your business model is not primarily focused in e-commerce. With over 1.28 BILLION users on Facebook to date, it’s the largest repository of potential customers that has ever existed!
Marketing on Facebook is competitively priced, and offers many different marketing options. You can create targeted ads and set exactly how much money you want to spend advertising them per day. A larger advertising allotment per day will result in more people seeing your ad!
You can also create ads that direct back to your Facebook page, or to a site not on Facebook at all! You can create ads to promote a Facebook event, complete with an RSVP link. Other than ads, a powerful tool by themselves, Facebook also lets you get your business information in front of potential buyers with a “Page”. Facebook pages are similar to profiles, but for businesses, organizations, and public figures. Users can “Like” a page which interests them, which means they’ll automatically receive updates from that page in their news feed. Any Facebookers who have liked your page would be able to view any auctions that you post to your page!

If you consider the profile of an average online shopping enthusiast — busy, tech-savvy, and easily distracted – it makes sense that Live Chat is becoming more popular among customers who use their gadgets to shop. When a customer is browsing your website, they would rather receive immediate and personal attention than having to make a phone call and wait on hold, or send an email and wait for a response. No matter what their issue is, customers can expect a straightforward and precise answer from a Live Chat operator. What customers seem to appreciate the most is that Live Chat is a service with a human touch. You can use DocuSign to upload virtually any type of document: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .xls, .xlsx, .txt, and more!

#4 & #5: Round.Me + Google Street View (Tech Required: Smartphone with Access to an App Store, Internet Access)

With this interesting combination of apps, you can easily create interactive 360° walk-throughs of a house! Using the free Google Street View© app, you can easily take high-quality 360° panoramic photos of a location using a smartphone! To link your pictures together, simply create an account on Round.Me and upload your photos. Round.Me’s intuitive web-based application makes it easy to link your panoramic photos together to really bring your walk-through to life!
